How do I return an item?

Returns

 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately using our online form. We will re-ship the damaged item to you at no extra charge or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product.

Please note that if you return cartridges without a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number or other confirmation of authorized return, you will receive NO refund or replacement. In other words, you need to contact us first so that we can send you the proper forms or confirmation of the authorized return we will be expecting from you.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Products are covered under our warranty for up to 1 calendar year.


Exchanges

 

If you receive a defective item, or would like to exchange your products for any reason, please contact us. We will re-ship a replacement for the damaged or exchanged item to you at no extra charge (other than S&H if applicable) and include a return label.  If you do not send back the defective item to us within 10 business days we will either bill your credit card or account for the cost of goods.  Please make sure defective items are returned immediately to avoid this. 

 

Returns and exchanges for non-faulty products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to have us send you a pre-paid return shipping label to help make your return/exchange experience as simple as possible, we will inform you of the shipping costs to be deducted from your refund or credit amount.
